Our unique business structure allows us to self-perform earthworks, bound and unbound pavements, stormwater drainage, culvert bridges and ancillary concrete works. Collectively, Western Civil have completed projects from high density developments to master-planned communities.

Specialisation in heavy earthworks and pavements has nestled Western Civil within the niche sector of Non-Process Infrastructure. NPI involves the enabling works for large logistic, commercial, and industrial processing.

Western Civil have successfully delivered numerous Non-Process Infrastructure projects involving, deep-lift and High-Deformation resistant asphalt pavements, Reinforced and Post-Tension Concrete Pavements as well as associated utility infrastructure.
